Lisa Norman has accrued a proven track record of industry experience since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2002. Starting as an assistant to a top-producing team in West Los Angeles, Lisa learned the fundamentals of real estate from industry leaders.
After relocating back to Northern California and working alongside Marin County’s top-producing agent for many years, Lisa honed in on her passion for real estate marketing and spent the following 15-plus years working at an executive level of brokerages in a variety of roles locally and nationally. In 2012, Lisa opened a real estate marketing consultancy with clients that included Sotheby’s Real Estate and Christie’s International Real Estate.
Her real estate roots go back to when she was 13 years old, preparing marketing mailers for a local boutique brokerage in Marin County. Since both of her parents already worked in real estate and even met on the job in 1971, it was only a matter of time before this industry would call her name.
Outside of real estate, Lisa is currently renovating a 110-year-old home in Sonoma, staying involved in a variety of philanthropic projects as a founding member of 100Marin and SchoolWorx.org. She also enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and being an active participant in improving the environment for future generations.
